fugo is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may use, modify and distribute it, including commercially, under the licence’s terms; the LICENSE and NOTICE files ship with every release.

Third-party material in fugo — the Go implementation’s templates and test data, Chroma’s lexers and styles, Unicode CLDR data, KaTeX and others — keeps its own licence. PROVENANCE.md and THIRD_PARTY/ in the repository list each source and licence, and each release archive includes the licences of the Rust crates linked into the binary (THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt).

This documentation and its theme are part of the fugo repository and are licensed under the same Apache License 2.0.
