Environment, files and debugging

get_env: An environment variable ("" when unset): one the project’s .env file defines (the process environment wins), or one security.funcs.getenv allows; any other name is an error.
read_file: A file of the project (security rules apply).
file_exists: Whether a project file exists.
dump: Pretty-printed JSON of any value.
